Impact owns a portfolio of high-quality residential care homes. Its shares are traded on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange Main Market.
This was Impact’s first annual report, after its IPO. We became involved with the company shortly after listing and drafted its initial interim results. We then built on this experience to create the strategic report in the annual report, developing critical spreads such as the business model and ensuring the report successfully captured the client’s messaging about its market and its value creation model.
We provided both copywriting and best-practice advice to Impact, as the report production progressed.
In addition to the annual report and interim results, we have written web copy and case studies for Impact.
